Yes. American Maintenance is insured and bonded, and every crew member is trained on cleaning techniques, equipment and safety before being assigned to a site.

How do I report a problem once service starts?
Through the client portal. You can open a ticket to report an issue or request extra service, pay your bill online and see the real-time status of facility inspections. You can also call us.
Do you offer financing or help with insurance claims?
Yes to both. Financing is available, and if damage to your building or grounds is covered by insurance, we can help with the claim. Ask about either when you request your quote.
